An enclosed portion or compartment of a vehicle in which a worker is transported shall be provided with
284(a)
effective ventilation, independent of doors, providing clean air;
284(b)
adequate lighting and means for heating and cooling;
284(c)
an effective means of communication between the operator and the passengers; and
284(d)
more than one means of egress.
