(1) Passageways and working space around electrical equipment
481(a)
shall be kept clear of obstructions and arranged to give authorized persons ready access to all parts requiring attention; and
481(b)
shall not be used for storage.
481(2)
Flammable material shall not be stored or placed close to electrical equipment.
481(3)
A worker shall not use oil-base paint or other volatile flammable substance in an electrical substation or confined area where high voltage electrical current passes through.
