PART XXVIII GENERAL MINING REQUIREMENTS — Examination of mine

An employer at a mine shall ensure that a supervisor
522(a)
examines, during each shift, the parts of the mine where work is being performed;
522(b)
examines, at least once a week, the other portions of the mine not closed off under section 523 ; and
522(c)
takes an action necessary to correct unsafe conditions noted during the examinations.
