PART XXIX UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS — Electrically powered raise climber

An employer shall ensure that a raise climber that is electrically powered
558(a)
is not operated in excess of 750 volts;
558(b)
is protected by a ground fault system;
558(c)
meets the requirements of paragraph 555 (d); and
558(d)
has a switch at the raise service area by which its power can be safely interrupted.
