An employer shall ensure that only noncombustible materials are used for the construction of structures and enclosures underground for
572(a)
shops and lunchrooms;
572(b)
housing and supporting machinery powered by an electrical or internal combustion engine;
572(c)
the storage of material that will readily burn; and
572(d)
a heating device.
