PART XXIX UNDERGROUND OPERATIONS — Clearances for rail haulage

On each level underground on which mechanical track haulage is employed, an employer shall maintain
597(a)
a minimum total clearance of a least 1.2 metres between sides of the haulageway;
597(b)
a clearance of 600 millimetres on one side of the vehicle; and
597(c)
safety stations in the walls of the haulageway.
