A safety station shall
599(a)
be plainly marked;
599(b)
be clean and free of obstructions;
599(c)
be cut perpendicular to the haulageway; and
599(d)
provide clearances for rail haulage that are at least
599(i)
one metre in depth, in addition to the existing clearance between the vehicle and the wall, (ii) 2 metres in height, and (iii) 1.5 metres in width.
