PART I THE WORKPLACE HEALTH, SAFETY AND COMPENSATION COMMISSION — Offices of commission

The head offices of the commission shall be in the City of St. John's and the commission may set up offices in other parts of the province. This Act is subject to section 52 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022 ". 165 . Subparagraph 8(c)(i) of the Income and Employment Support Regulations under the Income and Employment Support Act is amended by deleting the reference " Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act " and substituting the reference " Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022 ".
