(1) The commission may
11(a)
acquire property by purchase, gift or otherwise;
11(b)
erect the buildings that it considers necessary for its purposes; and
11(c)
sell, lease or deal in another manner with its real property.
11(2)
Notwithstanding subsection (1), where an acquisition, sale, lease or dealing equals or exceeds the amount prescribed in the regulations, the approval of the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is required.
