T he commission may make or carry out arrangements with the Workers' Compensation Board of another province or territory to avoid duplication of assessment on the earnings of workers protected at the same time under the laws of 2 or more provinces or territories relating to workers' compensation and may make an adjustment in assessments by the employers of the workers that the commission considers equitable and may repay another Workers' Compensation Board for payment of compensation made by it under those arrangements.
