PART XI INJURY FUND AND ASSESSMENTS — Arrangement with self-insurers

(1) The commission may enter into agreements with those self-insurers that the commission determines.
132(2)
An agreement under subsection (1) may
132(a)
provide that the provisions of this Act respecting assessments do not apply to the self-insurers; and
132(b)
include the terms and conditions that may be agreed to with respect to payments by the commission in relation to workers of self-insurers.
