Subsection 3.1(3) of the Occupational Health and Safety First Aid Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act is amended by deleting the reference "section 3 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act " and substituting the reference "section 5 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022 ".
