(1) Paragraph 2(1)(g) of the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations, 2012 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act is amended by deleting the words "established under the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act " and substituting the words "continued under the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, 2022 ".

Paragraph 2(1)(r) of the regulations is amended by deleting the words "section 90 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act " and substituting the words "the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act ".
