PART V COMPENSATION AND RIGHT OF ACTION — Duties of health care provider

A health care provider who attends to or is consulted with respect to an injury to a worker shall
66(a)
provide reports to the commission in respect to the injury in the form required by the commission;
66(b)
give reasonable and necessary information, advice and help to the worker to enable the worker or dependents to apply for compensation; and
66(c)
provide proof that may be required by the commission.
