PART X NOTICE OF TERMINATION — Temporary lay-off becomes termination

Where an employer temporarily lays off an employee and the lay-off exceeds a temporary lay-off the employee shall, for the purposes of this Part, be considered to have been terminated at the beginning of the temporary lay-off.
